The success of any educational system depends upon key reforms and modifications which allows it to compete with contemporary local and global trends in education and accelerate the pace of learning. The educational reform agenda will include:

• policy level dialogues through conferences, seminars and symposia on education for transformational change in education
• field and library research to inform educational practice and bring the desired change
• monitoring and evaluation of educational programs to analyze practices
